As we pay attention to our thoughts and shift into new ways of thinking and raise our consciousness we are embarking on a transformative process that can lead to awareness, understanding, and connection with ourselves and the world around us. We discover our power to change our lives through our Oneness with Source. Exploring our inner landscape can help us cultivate a deeper sense of peace, purpose, and fulfillment in our lives. We may find that we carry and act through beliefs that we have had since childhood that no longer serve us. We have forgotten that we can change the story.
These transformational discoveries can happen in a number of ways and exploring them will be our job together. By making conscious choices and being intentional about our actions, we can shift our consciousness towards a more fulfilling and purposeful life. I call our work together your Personal Vision Quest. Vision Quests are one of the most universal and ancient ways of finding spiritual guidance and can provide deep understanding of one's life purpose.
I hold a Master of Divinity (M.Div) as well as Professional Life Coaching (CPC) certification. I am also a sound healer and energy practitioner. What that means for you, the client, is we are able to use a myriad of resources and tools in approaching any changes you may desire - whether it be expanding your career, identifying limiting beliefs and changing them, exploring the inner child, grief processing or anything you feel you desire support and assistance with. I will provide support as well as motivation as we create the best plan for you.
